At the Mount Bakery we’re all about food, community and bikes! And it shows in the events we host and sponsor.
Our signature event each year is the Tour de France during which we screen the race live in the wee hours of the morning, serving caffeine, hot-out-of-the-oven pastries and a whole lot of biking excitement.
Mount Bakery is also proud to be a co-producer with our neighbor The Pickford Cinema of the Bellingham Bike In. Every year we celebrate the beauty and fun of bicycles with food, drink, music and bike-themed movies and the Show & Shine where Bellinghamsters come and show off their two wheeled beauties.
Along with other downtown businesses, Mount Bakery also sponsors and sells food at the summer music series Downtown Sounds. 
Held just outside the café in the heart of the Arts District, Downtown Sounds is an all-ages music and dance party for the whole of Bellingham.
Mount Bakery also participates in Soup for Shelter, an annual fundraiser, where local restaurants provide and serve soup to raise money to help at-risk, runaway and homeless youth. This year Mount Bakery won the event’s “Best in Show” for Coconut Curried Butternut Squash and Apple Soup created by Jim and Sam!
