Mount Bakery Café is open daily serving lunch and breakfast from 8am to 3:30pm. Dinner hours are on hiatus as of Jan. 18, 2012 with a hope to restart Spring/Summer 2012. Thanks to all who’ve supported our latest foray into the dinner world. Watch our Facebook page and this website for possible dinner events prior to reestablishing full evening hours in the future.

Every morning our award winning bakers arrive early – in Fairhaven, these days - to start creating the best croissants, scones, cookies, tarts, cakes and other baked treats available in Bellingham.
Our cafe menu is unique and features a variety of both local and organic ingredients. In the mornings, you’ll sometimes see local farms showing up with their produce, eggs, meats, mushrooms, apples, ciders and so on. We serve a wide variety of savory and sweet crepes, our nearly famous eggs Benedict (served over a Belgian waffle over roasted potatoes and topped with the best homemade Hollandaise). We also serve hot and cold sandwiches and delicious soups made from scratch, both with homemade bread.
We also pride ourselves on having great coffee. Our drip coffee and our espresso beans all come from Strictly Organic Company in Bend Oregon. For a special treat try our “Moliere” - it’s a mocha but not like any other in town – ours are made with Belgian chocolate ganache melted on the stove and it is so delicious and rich that it needed a name of its own.
Outdoor seating when the weather permits. Hobnob with the the cream of Bham’s clever and kind while enjoying the finest of bakery and cafe fare.
